HMS York, Type 42 destroyer, visiting the River Tyne on 21st. July 2007
HMS York, a Type 42 destroyer built in the river Tyne by Swan Hunter at Wallsend and launched in 1982, paying a visit to her home river on 21st. July 2007. She's tied up at Spillers Quay. Details of her eventful career are here.
